Refund and Returns Policy

Thanks for shopping at berryku.com. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from Berryku.com can be returned to Berryku. Berryku products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all the cords, adapters and documentation that were included when you received it.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some items, however, that are ineligible for return, including:

  • Opened software*
  • Electronic Software Downloads
  • Software Up-to-Date Program Products (software upgrades)
  • Berryku Gift Cards
  • Berryku Developer products (membership, technical support incidents, service tickets)
  • Berryku Print Products

*You can return software, provided that it has not been installed on any computer. Software that contains a printed software license may not be returned if the seal or sticker on the software media packaging is broken.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayPal account (or original method of payment).

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your PayPal and card issuer’s policies.

Replacement

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your replacement after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will immediately ship a replacement to your original shipping address.

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
